🔹 Digital Products — No Returns

All digital products (eBooks, PDFs, downloadable guides) are non-refundable. Because digital files are delivered instantly upon purchase, all sales are final. This is due to the nature of digital content, which cannot be "returned" once accessed or downloaded.

🔹 Physical Products — 30-Day Money-Back Guarantee

For physical products (spiral bound books and printed materials), we offer a 30-day money-back guarantee. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, contact us within 30 days of your order and we will issue a full refund — no questions asked.

🔹 Refund Exceptions for Digital Products

Refunds on digital products may be considered only in the following situations:

• You were charged twice for the same product
• You were unable to access the product due to a technical error on our side
• You received the wrong digital product

If one of these situations applies, please contact us within 7 days of your purchase.
